The newly introduced X-Series products include the SDS1000X Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes based on our SPO technology, the SDG2000X Series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generators based on SIGLENT’s TrueArb technology, and High-Precision SPD3303X Programmable Linear DC Power Supply. All X-Series products support LAN interfacing for use in remote-controlled measurement systems.

The new SDS1000X Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscope is available with a maximum bandwidth of 200 MHz, 1GSa/s sampling rate and 14Mpts memory depth. Also, the SDS1000X family utilizes SIGLENT’snew generation of SPO technology, which means high waveformcapture rate, 256-level intensity grading and color temperature display, digital triggeringand long memory depth.The SDS1000X includes many other features such as rich intelligent triggering, serial bus triggering and decode, History and Sequence function, abundant measurements and math functions, 16 digital channels, and an integrated 25 MHzDDS Arbitrary Waveform Generator. Now you can get these powerful features at a budget price. The SDS1000X was primarily designed for education and entry-level engineering markets. Design layout is enhanced by a minimalist styling and 10 types of 1-button shortcuts.

SIGLENT’s new SDG2000X Series of dual-channel Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generators come in maximum bandwidth to 120 MHz and high-performance sample rates of 1.2 GSa/s as well as 16 bit vertical resolution. Besides traditional DDS technology, the SDG2000Xalso adopts innovative TrueArb and EasyPulse technology. Therefore the SDG2000Xcan outputhigher-fidelity, lower-jitter signals, and meets a wider range of applications needs.

 

Innovative TrueArb Technology

With SIGLENT’s TrueArb technology, you get all of the advantages of DDS technology while overcoming the DDS limitations of jitter and distortion. Because TrueArb technology outputs every arbitrary waveform stored in memory point-by-point it won’t miss or recopy any data point and can accurately produce arbitrary waveforms while maintaining low jitter (< 150 ps).

 

Innovative EasyPulse Technology

In a conventional DDS technology signal source, the pulse width, rise / fall time of the pulse waveform is affected by the current output frequency, can cause serious limitations on the desired parameters,and can cause an output waveform with unacceptable jitter.SIGLENT’s SDG2000XSeries Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator is basedon EasyPulse technology and overcomes this problem. Pulse/Square waves exhibit low jitter levels (min. up to 8.4 nsec). At the same time, the pulse width, rise / fall time maintain large adjustment range.

The new SPD3303X Series Programmable Linear DC Power Supplies include two models, SPD3303X and SPD3303X-E. Compared with SPD3303 Series, all the SPD3303X series support LAN interfacing for use in remote-controlled measurement systems.
