The DB9009-TX is a versatile second generation Audio over IP Encoder suitable for both novice and professional broadcasters.
The DB9009-TX is a second-generation Audio over IP Encoder that is ideal for both amateur and professional broadcasters. Its compressed output signal is transmitted over IP-based networks to one or more compatible IP Audio players or decoders, and real-time encoding is achieved using HE-AAC Versions 1 and 2 or MPEG-1 Layer 3, as well as lossless uncompressed PCM stream, ensuring long-distance audio transmission without quality loss. It can also function as an Icecast compatible Server, Icecast source client, or Real-Time Protocol (RTP) sender, with trouble-free operation and easy firmware updates that can be done remotely via the free, password-protected WEB Interface.
