The SIGLENT SDS2000X Plus series of digital storage oscilloscopes is available in 350 MHz, 200 MHz, and 100 MHz bandwidths, featuring a maximum 2 GSa/s sample rate and up to 200 Mpts per channel record length. It supports up to 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, making it ideal for mixed-signal analysis.
The SDS2000X Plus utilizes SIGLENT’s SPO technology, providing waveform capture rates of up to 120,000 wfm/s (normal mode) and 500,000 wfm/s (sequence mode). It also includes a 256-level intensity grading display and a color temperature display mode. Its advanced digital trigger system ensures high sensitivity and low jitter, supporting multiple powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering. Features such as History waveform recording, Sequence acquisition, Search, and Navigate functions enable extended waveform records to be captured, stored, and analyzed. The SDS2000X Plus also boasts comprehensive measurement and math capabilities, a 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator option, as well as mask testing, Bode plot, and power analysis tools. The 10-bit acquisition mode offers enhanced resolution and reduced noise, ideal for high-precision applications.
The 10.1” capacitive touch screen supports multi-touch gestures, while remote web control, mouse, and external keyboard support significantly improve operational efficiency.
