1. The products covered by the supply agreement are provided with a commercial warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty binds only the manufacturer, under the conditions specified therein. Upon receipt of a formal written claim, the distributor is obliged to notify the manufacturer and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
2. The distributor does not provide any additional warranties unless such a warranty is explicitly provided in writing for the delivered product.
3. The warranty terms described herein replace all other express or implied warranties. They may be further detailed in the product documentation or manuals provided by the manufacturer. Conditions that contradict or differ from these will not be accepted unless expressly agreed in writing by the parties. Any amendment or additional agreement must be explicitly confirmed in writing by R-Telecom LTD. The company’s privacy policy shall apply to all future transactions with the customer.
4. If the distributor is authorized by the manufacturer to carry out repairs during the warranty period, they shall restore the product to the condition stipulated in the sales contract.
5. The standard warranty is two (2) years from the date of purchase (proven by stamp, label or other valid document). If the purchase date cannot be verified, the warranty starts from the date of manufacture.
6. The warranty becomes void in the following cases:
- - Damage or defects caused by improper storage, incorrect use, careless handling, lack of maintenance, or accident.
- - Use with incompatible mechanical or electronic equipment.
- - The product has been opened, modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- - The warranty seal or label is damaged.
- - The product has mechanical damage.
In all such cases, the distributor’s liability is limited to the proportional part of the price paid by the customer.
7. If the delivered product does not meet the agreed conditions, the customer must submit a written claim using the provided contact methods. In this case, the product must be returned within three (3) days from the delivery date, in its original condition and packaging, with warranty seals intact and all accompanying documentation.
8. Claims must be submitted within the valid warranty period and no later than one month after the defect has been discovered.
