The Radio Explorer is a powerful tool for on-site setup and analysis of broadcasting equipment, capable of measuring all the essential parameters of FM transmissions and displaying them on a large LCD screen. It also allows for enhanced control by connecting to a Windows PC through a front panel USB port, and can measure up to 50 preselected channels. The collected log files can be converted to .kmz format, displayed in Google Earth with free-of-charge Windows software, and exported for future analysis, making it an unmatched solution for broadcast equipment and antenna analysis and tune-up. Additionally, its band scan mode provides real-time display of the FM band or a portion of it with 5 kHz resolution.
